Bill Belichick and his girlfriend Jordon Hudson went all out for Halloween!

Hudson, 24, posted photos of their costumes via Instagram on Thursday, October 31, showing Belichick, 72, dressed as a fisherman wearing a wide-brimmed bucket hat, heavy raincoat, jeans and boots. The former head coach of the New England Patriots was also holding a fishing rod.

For her part, Hudson wore scaly bottoms that resembled a mermaid fin, and jewels around her neck as a top. She appeared to laugh as Belichick smiled at the camera.

,” she captioned her series of photos.

This is Hudson’s second Halloween costume this year, her first being a fun nod to the eight-time Super Bowl champion.

According to TMZ, she and a group of friends got into costumes this weekend while celebrating a friend’s engagement at Walt Disney World. For the occasion, Hudson wore a cropped New York Giants T-shirt around her waist, paired with Belichick’s signature shorts. Belichick coached the team from 1979 to 1990.

In June, PEOPLE confirmed that the two had been dating for more than a year after being spotted together several times. The romance comes after Belichick and his ex-girlfriend Linda Holliday split in September 2023 after 16 years together.

“Jordon is smart and ambitious and pretty well organized,” a source previously told PEOPLE. “It’s easy to see how Bill could fall in love with her. She’s young and attractive and interesting. I don’t know what she wants from him, but they seem to enjoy each other and like to do a lot of the same things.

A separate source added: ‘If I had the options with attractive young women that Bill has, who knows what would happen. All I can say is that we like Linda and we thought they were a great couple. They were good together.”

Belichick and the Patriots “mutually parted ways” in January after 24 seasons and six Super Bowl victories. At the time, the team was struggling to win games, and Belichick was visibly frustrated in media interviews.

An insider told PEOPLE in September that Belichick was busy and “all about football” during his relationship with Hudson. “He doesn’t want a lot of public attention for this. He has a lot on his plate, a good family, and he meets people all the time.”
