Taylor Swift and boyfriend visit children’s hospital

Taylor Swift and her boyfriend, football player Travis Kelce, visit and give gifts to children at Children’s Mercy Kansas City Hospital on December 12.

According to KCTV5, Taylor Swift spent time with children being treated in the hospital’s hematology and oncology department in Kansas City. Medical staff said they did not know she was coming. The singer spent at least an hour meeting the children and fans, singing with everyone. The artist also gave them autographed Taylor Swift

Most of the patients’ families were touched to see Taylor Swift care for the children. On Facebook, Anita Belt – the grandmother of a patient named Rylie – wrote: “Thank you Taylor Swift for bringing joy to Rylie today.” She said her boyfriend, football player Travis Kelce – was with her but did not enter the room. The footballer also did not appear in photos of his girlfriend in the hospital.

Baylee, an 11-year-old Taylor Swift fan, met her idol after a week in the hospital. Melissa Nuzum, Baylee’s mother, called the artist’s visit “the most wonderful and wonderful surprise ever” in a tribute on Facebook. Nuzum told Page Six: “We love and respect Taylor Swift even more. She is so sweet and friendly.”
