Vanessa Hudgens ‘run away’ with her fiancée from her $6.7M mansion in Los Feliz

Vanessa Hudgens, an American actor and singer, quietly offloaded her lovely LA estate for USD 6.7 mιllιon ($9 mιllιon) in an off-market purchase.

The magnificent home, which was constructed in 1922, has three bedrooms, four bathrooms, and is located on a spacious and desirable 1740-square-meter block in the affluent neighborhood of Los Feliz. According to Dirt, Cecil B. DeMille, a legendary figure in Hollywood, is said to have built the storied property for his mistress Julia Faye.

The house is today a model of sophistication and restraint, despite its possibly shady past.

The home, which was featured in Architectural Digest less than a year ago, has a guesthouse, a large outdoor pool, a cozy sitting area, planted plants, and a rustic kitchen.

Speaking about her previous residences, the High School Musical actress said she sought out a home with character and a long history.

Hudgens stated to AD, “I wanted an ancient house. “To me, having a home with personality and idiosyncrasies just screams romance. The Art Deco air vents, the chandelier over the stairwell, and the yard that has a parklike feel are all features that I adore from old Hollywood. Hudgens only owned the Georgian colonial for about four years, but she still made a nice $2.4 mιllιon profit off of the sale, or just over a $600,000 yield each year.

According to reports, the arresting residence has been purchased by American journalist Ronan Farrow and his companion, comedian Jon Lovett.
