Taylor Swift won nine Moon Man trophies at the MTV Video Music Awards on Tuesday night.

She also wore two stunning outfits before the night was over.

Swift first stepped onto the pink carpet in Newark, New Jersey wearing a custom Versace gown embellished with the fashion house’s signature gold hardware.

The asymmetrical garment featured a form-fitting bodice, a floor-length skirt, and a thigh-high slit that revealed her black sandals. She paired it with sharp black eyeliner, gold nail polish, and tens of thousands of dollars’ worth of sparkling jewellery.

The talented singer-songwriter dominated the awards ceremony, winning nine out of 11 categories.

However, by the end of the show, Swift had changed into a sleeveless denim minidress. The blue outfit, which she also wore to Diddy’s after-party, featured a corseted bodice and a raw-hem skirt in different shades of blue.

She paired the EB Denim piece, which costs US$480, with silver sandals, a metallic purse, her signature red lip, and some of the same accessories she wore at the VMAs.

Swift’s jewelry included a US$32,000 choker from Anita Ko, vintage necklaces from Joseph Saidian and Sons, a US$15,000 ring from Van Cleef and Arpels, and a variety of rings and bracelets.

The 33-year-old singer of “Cruel Summer” attended the Ned NoMad afterparty in New York City on Tuesday to commemorate her historic night at the MTV Video Music Awards. She wore an EB Denim “Polka” mini dress with a corset top, pleated skirt, and silver glitter platform heels.

Swift paired her look with layered gold necklaces, silver and gold bracelets (including two by Melissa Kaye), and a stylish updo with full fringe.

The singer attended an afterparty after receiving nine of her 11 MTV VMA nominations, including Video of the Year.

Swift made history when she won Video of the Year four times with her song “Anti-Hero” on Tuesday night at the Prudential Center in Newark, New Jersey. Swift now has 23 VMAs.
