Travis Kelce says Taylor Swift is to blame after a fan says she “literally almost died” after meeting the Chiefs star.

When Travis Kelce met Taylor Swift for the first time, she told him that her wife “literally she just about died” when she saw him. He is still getting used to his newfound ame.

One of the fans asked Kelce, 34, “What are you guys doing in my hallway?” in a video that was shared on TikTok on Sunday. Kelce then replied, “You just took my wife’s breath away, literally she just about died.”

Kelce didn’t let the fan’s comment bother him. He quickly thought of a funny response: he told the fan that his wife had just had the “Taylor Swift effect” when she first saw him, which made everyone in the group laugh.

In early August, Kelce talked about how much he “hates” being away from Swift. The pair is dealing with the difficulties of a long-distance relationship while each is busy with NFL preseason and touring.

Life & Style was told by a source that he can’t skip training camp to follow her around, and he only gets one day off at a time.

“She has tour dates in Europe for the next month before a nice long break. It would make sense for her to stay put, finish all her dates, and date him from far away for a few weeks.”

The three-time Super Bowl winner went to one of Swift’s Eras Tour shows at Arrowhead Stadium more than a year ago and told the public he tried to give her his phone number. Kelce and Swift are now in a new (temporary) relationship.

Kelce said on an episode of the New Heights show on July 26, 2023, that he tried to give the singer a friendship bracelet.

The tight end said at the time, “I was disappointed that she doesn’t talk before or after her shows because she has to save her voice for the 44 songs she sings.”

After the fact, Swift said that they went on a few dates without anyone knowing before they made their relationship official at a Chiefs-Bears game last September.

Swift told TIME Magazine, “We started hnging out right after the podcast episode.”

“I’m glad we had a lot of time away from each other that no one knew about because we got to know each other,” she explained.

“I believe some people saw our first date at that game.” We’re not crzy enough to start a first date off on the wrong foot.
