Taylor Swift and Roger Federer Capture Memorable Moment with Selfie at Eras Tour in Zurich

As he posed for a selfie with Taylor Swift following her performance in Zurich on Tuesday night, Roger Federer acknowledged that he is now “in my Swiftie era.”

The tennis icon and his family were photographed taking in the action at Stadion Letzigrund, making them the most recent well-known celebrities to watch the Eras Tour live.

The 20-time major event winner from Switzerland also shared a picture of himself at the concert on Instagram that shows him gathering friendship bracelets.

The words “Problems,” “Hero,” and “Wildest” were displayed on Federer’s bracelets; these are probably allusions to the Swift songs “Champagne Problems,” “Anti-Hero,” and “Wildest Dreams.”

It also seemed like Federer had access to the ‘Fearless Lounge’ portion of Swift’s performance.

Less than a month has passed since Swift wrote a handwritten note to female tennis player Iga Swiatek following one of her Liverpool performances. Federer will be attending one of Swift’s performances in his native nation.

Soon after, Swiatek posted the note to social media and said she was moved to tears when she read it.

This weekend, Swift will perform twice in Zurich and twice in Milan.

In November and December, Swift will play two performances in Canada to wrap up her global tour.

For the following month, the 14-time Grammy winner will carry on with her European tour, finishing with additional performances at London’s Wembley Stadium.

Federer, who has long-standing rivalry with Rafael Nadal and Novak Djokovic, retired from tennis in 2022 as one of the most accomplished players in the history of the game.

During Swift’s first run of London shows last month, Travis Kelce was accompanied by his retired NFL brother Jason Kelce, and a number of their family members also traveled over the pond.
