Fans are getting a behind-the-scenes peek into Taylor Swift’s life, which includes some touching moments with Travis Kelce.

On Friday, April 19, just after her new album The Tortured Poets Department was released, the 34-year-old pop artist uploaded a charming music video for her song “Fortnight” on YouTube Shorts. She also chose to post some adorable references to her relationship with the 34-year-old NFL tight end, as admirers soon noted.

Swift’s “Fortnight Challenge,” which featured multiple unguarded views into her life, was set to the music of her most recent single with Post Malone.

Although the 15-second video includes explicit scenes of Kelce kissing her in the kitchen, as the Kansas City Chiefs player does, there are also more subdued references to the couple’s personal “Love Story.”

A kiss in the kitchen

Swift is shown in the promotional video cooking something, and about a second in, Kelce is seen kissing her cheek.

Like most of the YouTube video, it’s a blink-and-you’ll-miss-it scene when Swift is wearing blue jeans and a black top while her buddy is rocking a black sweater with a red collar. Although Kelce’s face is hidden in the video, the back of his head is seen as he displays affection to the musician, who is unable to contain her smile during the touching exchange.

Swift’s KU Sweater

Swift showed her support for the University of Kansas by donning a KU crewneck sweater in her latest video, despite Kelce’s decision to attend the University of Cincinnati rather than the University of Kansas as a Jayhawk. After all, the NFL player plays for the Kansas City Chiefs, who are situated in Lawrence, Kansas, less than an hour away from the institution.

The Kansas City Star points out that the musician’s ties to the institution extend far beyond her friendship with Kelce. According to the publication, she paid pal Abigail Anderson a visit at the university back in 2009.

Cinnamon rolls, anyone?

Since May 2020, when Swift posted on Instagram that she was “proud” of her recipe, she has been making jokes about her ability to make cinnamon rolls on the platform. However, there’s more to the sweet treat and her partner Kelce.

In December 2023, retired NFL player Bernie Kosar disclosed that the musician had prepared some cinnamon rolls for Kelce on a previous game day during an appearance on Audacy’s AM 560 Sports WQAM. He said at the time that he “absolutely” tried the food.

“That was at his house like three hours before the game,” stated Kosar. “We’re having pregame meal and Taylor is so nice she comes in by herself and she’s so cool, she brings, she made her homemade cinnamon rolls for Travis for pregame meal.”

Repping the Chiefs

Swift is seen carrying a Kansas City Chiefs paddle on what looks to be a pickleball court in another quick video clip.

Naturally, since his selection in the third round of the 2013 NFL Draft, Kelce has been a tight end for the squad. Swift has also grown to be a huge fan of the squad very fast, going to several games to cheer on her partner.

A night in Singapore

In her most recent upload, Swift—who played six Eras Tour concerts in the Singapore National Stadium in Kallang in March—also offered a positive look into her time spent there. In the singer’s behind-the-scenes film, a couple—possibly Kelce and Swift—can be seen holding hands while surrounded by lights during their globe tour date. Kelce traveled to support his girlfriend for the international series of gigs.
