After participating in the Olympic opening ceremony on Friday night by the banks of the Seine, she is now in Paris.

And on Sunday evening, Lady Gaga, who recently got engaged, was spotted watching the evening portions of the swimming competition amid the crowd.

In a TikTok video published by French Prime Minister Gabriel Attal, the 38-year-old pop sensation was heard calling her longtime lover, 46-year-old internet entrepreneur Michael Polansky, “my fiancé” at the event.

Wearing a white team USA jacket, she exuded beauty while cheering on her native team.

While lounging poolside, Lady Gaga wore big reflective sunglasses and a strong red lip to give some color.

The pop sensation supported her friend Nic Fink, who took home the silver in the men’s 100-meter breaststroke, by pulling back her blonde hair into a low ponytail.

The celebrity couple exchanged a warm embrace just hours before she was seen at the women’s gymnastics competition with Tom Cruise.

It has now been discovered that Lady Gaga’s performance at the Olympic Opening Ceremony on Friday night was pre-recorded for “safety reasons.”

Maud du Pladec, the choreographer of all Olympic and Paralympic opening ceremonies, has since disclosed that the performance, which she sung Mon Truc En Plumes on a series of steps along the Seine River in Paris, was really pre-recorded.

Sadly, it was the only [performance] that we had to pre-record late in the afternoon once we were positive it would rain, Maud said in an interview with Variety.

We had never followed the weather prediction this attentively in our lives, and we received minute-by-minute updates.

Even with a few drops of rain, we determined that the performers would be in too much danger. We would have liked to pre-record it rather than cancel it because [Gaga] wanted to do it completely.

Speaking to Variety, Maud explained that due to the rain the performance had to be pre-record late in the afternoon, for safety reasons

The performance would not have taken place in the inclement weather, according to Maud.

“The soil would have been slippery,” the woman remarked. There were steps, she was close to the ocean, and she was wearing heels. We needed to use extraordinary caution.

After her performance, Gaga shared on social media how much she enjoyed the chance.

“I feel so completely grateful to have been asked to open the Paris @Olympics 2024 this year,” the actress posted on Instagram.

I’m also honored that the organizing committee of the Olympics requested me to sing a particularly poignant French song, one that pays tribute to the French people and their amazing legacy in theater, music, and the arts.

French dancer Zizi Jeanmaire, who was born in Paris, sang this song. In 1961, she became well-known for her performance of “Mon Truc en Plumes.”

The meaning of the title is ‘My Thing with Feathers.’ And it’s not the first time that we’ve come across one another. Zizi was the lead in the Cole Porter musical “Anything Goes,” which was my debut jazz album.

When they arrived to watch the women’s gymnastics earlier in the day, Gaga gave Tom Cruise a warm embrace.

Tom looked smart in a white T-shirt and dark pants, and he seemed happy to see her as they conversed.

It happened when Lady Gaga was seen leaving her house on Saturday to grab a takeout lunch in Paris, prompting admirers to exclaim that she was “just like them.”

Despite her celebrity status, she was eager to sample the city’s gastronomic offerings and even stopped to get a meal for herself.

The celebrity was then driven off in a waiting vehicle while holding her wrapped takeout lunch.

Her fans were absolutely delighted to see her as they posed for snaps with her in the background in the stands

“I just love that Lady Gaga is so well protected that she can buy sandwiches normally, as the rest of us,” her followers said on X after seeing the video. Excellent material!

“Gaga is so extra that she probably tried to order the sandwiches in French,”
