Will Smith and Johnny Depp Embark on a Scenic Yacht Journey with Egyptian Singer Ahmed Saad, En Route to Andrea Bocelli’s Concert in Italy

In an Instagram photo from Tuesday, actors Will Smith and Johnny Depp were seen together on a yacht. They were on their way to tenor Andrea Bocelli’s three-day event in Italy.

Smith, 55, and Depp, 61, walked toward the Bocelli concert, which will take place at Lajatico, Italy’s Teatro del Silenzio, posing with 42-year-old Egyptian musician Ahmed Saad in a Tuesday post.

‘Great feeling to gather with friends,’ wrote Saad as the description for the translated post. I’m grateful for my friends’ wonderful visit.

In the picture, Depp—who was recently connected to Russian model Yulia Vlasova—wore gray pants, a bandana, reflective eyeglasses, and a button-up shirt with a bright pattern over it.

Smith wore a white tank top, gray shorts, and white socks with a patterned blue button-up blouse over them.

According to a People insider, the King Richard star and the Pirates of Caribbean actor are “together en route to the Andrea Bocelli concert they’re both performing at.”

Later, during the boat voyage to the event, which is called “Andrea Bocelli 30: The Celebration,” the actors could be seen in a group photo.

The involvement of both well-known actors in the event was made public earlier this month.

Bocelli disclosed on Friday that Smith—still trying to mend his reputation following his 2022 Oscars smack of Chris Rock—was going to Italy to take part in the events.

“To be able to sit across from each other and savor the opportunity to chat and really get to know each other better is quite another,” Bocelli wrote on Instagram. “It is one thing to cross paths fleetingly amidst spotlights and cameras.”

The film stars, who have both have extended experience on TV and in music, enjoyed a moment at the December festival

Smith shared a shot from the proceedings via social media as he said he was having fun at the gathering

On July 3, Depp’s attendance at the three-day event was revealed on Bocelli’s account.

Depp is trying to start over professionally after an ugly divorce and legal battle with his ex-wife Amber Heard. Bocelli called him “a disarmingly charming actor who has brought countless iconic characters to life on the big screen.”

Along with praising Depp’s acting prowess, he described his musical taste as “equally intense” and referred to him as “a bona fide rockstar loved and applauded everywhere.”

The event’s first leg began on Monday and is scheduled to continue on Wednesday and Friday. Cameras will be rolling for a production that Fathom will broadcast this autumn.

Russell Crowe, Ed Sheeran, Shania Twain, Sofia Vergara, Jon Batiste, David Foster, and many other well-known celebrities are scheduled to attend the event.

The stars garnered media attention towards the end of the previous year when they were spotted cuddling at the Red Sea International Film Festival in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.

Smith posted a photo from the event to social media while commenting that he was enjoying himself.
