Last weekend, Blake Lively got the “best compliment” of her “life” when someone called her a “crown straightener” for helping other women in the business.

Wednesday, the 36-year-old actress wrote a touching post on Instagram about how much it meant to her. She also shared a video of pictures with her family and friends.

The one-of-a-kind praise means that you are a woman who “regiments the crowns of all the women around her.”

It meant a lot to Blake: “It’s the little things that people see that make us all feel the best.” Everything I know about being a leader came from the women in my life, both bʅood and chosen.

“Crown straighteners are all around me.” Just this past weekend was full of that strong female energy. I saw it all happen when I looked at these pictures again. It made me feel lucky and loved.

There are four kids between the Gossip Girl star and her 47-year-old actor husband Ryan Reynolds. She then named some women around her who inspire her and showed pictures of them with each other.

She shared a picture of herself and Colleen Hoover, 44, tying the author of “It Ends With Us”‘s dress for her in the bathroom. She also tagged Colleen’s “best friend” Tarryn Fisher, whom Blake called a “powerhouse.”

The actress then said nice things about her “divine mother-in-law,” whom you can see lovingly hugging someone else in another picture, and about her “generous and loving” co-star Isabela Ferrer, who plays Young Lily in the new movie based on Hoover’s book.

As the actress tied her friends’ shoes, fixed their hair, and fixed her own lipstick on the red carpet, she showed that she always looks out for the women in her life, just like they do for her.

Blake thanked Vivian Baker, her makeup artist, and Jennifer Yepez, her hair director, for making her “feel most beautiful inside and out.”
