Ryan Reynolds makes a funny joke about Hugh Jackman in honor of National Best Friends Day.

They’ve been friends for more than 15 years and will be in the same movie together, “Deadpool & Wolverine,” which comes out on July 26.

This is the best way for Ryan Reynolds to remember his best friend.

The actor who played Spirited posted a funny tribute to Hugh Jackman on June 8, which is his birthday. Jackman is his co-star in the new movie Deadpool & Wolverine. They’ve been friends for more than 15 years and always find a way to make fun of each other online.

Reynolds, 47, put up the trailer for the newest Deadpool movie on Instagram in honor of National Best Friends Day. “Everyone should work with their best friend at least once in their life.” “I can’t wait to finally do it,” he wrote under the picture, along with two heart emojis and the word “BestFriendsDay.”

Jackman, 55, made a great return. “I rub his back.” “He stabs mine,” he wrote on his own Instagram page, adding hearts to the post.

This isn’t the first time Jackman and Reynolds have made fun of each other. The star of “The Greatest Showman” and Jake Gyllenhaal tricked Reynolds into putting on an ugʅy Christmas sweater for a party in 2018. Reynolds got back at them in October 2019 by posting a funny birthday message.

Since it was reported that Jackman would play Wolverine again in the third Deadpool movie, the two have become very close.

The long-time friends and co-stars talked about how close they have stayed since they met in 2008. Reynolds told Jackman at the time, “I think the sҽcret sauce to a long-lasting Hollywood friendship is not too different from having a partner or a marriage.”

He also compared the pair’s relationship to his own with wife Blake Lively. “I am genuinely rooting for you, all the time. I want you to win,” he said. “It’s the same way I feel about Blake. As I’m rooting for her, I know she’s rooting for me, and it’s why we’re so connected.”

They also talked about how they didn’t keep secrets from each other. According to Jackman, Reynolds, and himself, there aren’t many friends with whom they can talk about anything, even things that make them feel bad.

“You can tell me anything, and I can tell you anything. I don’t think you’ll judge me or tell me to do something. “I believe that was the key,” he said.
