Blake Lively Weighs in After SNY Accidentally Refers to Her as Guardians Player Ben Lively

Ben Lively from Guardians and Blake Lively’s name got mixed up on SNY.

Blake Lively is married and has four kids. She is also an actress and also plays “highly professional baseball on the side.”

When Cleveland starter Ben Lively was called “Blake Lively” during the Mets’ loss to the Guardians on Monday, the 36-year-old “Gossip Girl” alum made fun of Gary Cohen’s mistake to the crowd.

In an Instagram Story on Tuesday, Lively wrote next to Cohen’s quote, “Well, Cats outta the Bag.” “In my spare time, I play baseball like a pro.”

Blake Lively made light of Gary Cohen's name mix-up in an Instagram Story.

Cohen had been talking about Ben Lively, who had an earned run average of 3.06 going into Monday’s game against the Mets.

“Blake Lively pitched three scoreless innings in his first Reds game of the year, which was in long relief.” In his first game with the Guardians against the Mets, he threw three strong innings, Cohen said on the program.

Weinstein also made fun of Cohen by writing on Instagram, “Was that Ben Lively starting yesterday against the Mets…or was it someone else?” What a slip of the tongue from Gare.

Additionally, Ben Lively, who threw 5 2/3 innings in Monday’s 3-1 win for Cleveland, added to the cσɳfusion.
