After six tours of the cliffside property, TMZ reports that the 45-year-old rap mogul and the 33-year-old pop diva “are the frontrunners in a bidding war.”
Despite the rumored four offers on the property, real estate broker Branden Williams anticipates closing a $70 million deal with Beyoncé and Jay ‘before Christmas.’
