To get in shape for the role, Reynolds had to follow a unique diet in addition to hours of training to film the intricate flight scenes.
He told Entertainment Weekly, “I guess I can’t complain; it’s all part of the job.”
“You eat whatever you want on one day of the week and wood chips and drywall the other six,” he says sourly.
With his wife Scarlett Johansson lately taking on the role of the Black Widow in the Iron Man movie series, the 33-year-old actor has also found himself as one half of a comic book collaboration.
“We have more comic books strewn all over the house than the typical young married couple,” he remarks.
