A lavish Queensland property that starred in the 2015 Hollywood catastrophe movie San Andreas starring Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson is for sale.

Although the property’s price hasn’t been disclosed, a comparable residence that The Rock leased in the neighboring Isle of Capri during the movie’s 2014 filming sold for an astounding $24 million.
According to The Courier Mail, the enormous two-story, 3296 square meter home last went under the hammer in 2020 for $12.5 million. It was utilized as a filming site for multiple scenes in the movie San Andreas.
The opulent villa, known as “Te Moana,” is reportedly one of the largest houses on the Gold Coast and is situated on the Main River’s waterfront.
