The writers’ and actors’ strikes forced a halt to the production of films starring Lively and Reynolds. The production of Reynolds’s London-based movie Deadpool 3 came to an abrupt halt when the SAG-AFTRA strike began earlier this month. Production on Lively’s movie It Ends With Us was put on hold earlier when the Writers Guild of America went on strike.

Lively made headlines over the weekend when she posted a picture of herself in a red high-waisted swimsuit, appearing toned. When someone questioned her in the comments area, “How have you had four kids???,” she joked about Reynolds.

She wrote, “@donsaladino,” tagging her trainer Don Saladino as the response. Hold on. No. That is not the method. The father is not him. All he does is help me get back into (part of) my clothing after. More than a trainer, he is an even better friend and person. And that speaks volumes. 🤤

Earlier this year, Lively gave birth to her and Reynolds’ fourth child. When the actress shared a picture of herself on Super Bowl Sunday that clearly showed she wasn’t pregnant, she quietly announced the birth.
