Gal Gadot adores her role as a mother of three children and the “magical” birthing process that led her to that position.

The 36-year-old Red Notice actress confesses her passion for childbirth in an interview for the cover of InStyle’s February Badass Women issue, saying Editor in Chief Laura Brown that she would “do it once a week if I could.”

“I like giving birth. If I could, I would do it once a week. It’s so magical,” she exclaims. To be honest, I always take epidurals, so it’s not as unpleasant. It’s amazing the instant you feel like you’re generating life.”

Gadot claims that even though she enjoys giving birth, “pregnancies are hard for me.”

The Wonder Woman actress also talks candidly about how she and her husband Yaron Varsano raise their three daughters, Daniella, age eight months, Alma, age ten, and Maya, age four.

Regarding her family, she states, “They’re the only thing I make sure to keep as private as possible.” “I want them to be innocent, secure, and shielded. I think it’s amazing if people can relate to or benefit from my experiences, which is why I share a lot of them. But I’m fiercely protective of my family.”

As the cover star for the Badass Women issue, Gadot says the most badass thing she’s ever done is “shooting a movie while being pregnant, or when you have a baby.”

“When you’re on set, you’re like a kite. You can fly so high and try to catch the air. Then you go back home to do your main shift as being a mother,” she explains. “It’s not about me, it’s, ‘OK, now I need to bathe Maya, feed Alma, put Daniella to bed.’ ”

“That is the badass thing I do: the juggling between my family life and my acting career,” she adds.
