The Daily Star claims that one of the top players in the Bundesliga, Jamal Musiala of Bayern Munich, is reportedly considering leaving the club for a Premier League team after turning down a new contract offer. This has put Manchester City, Liverpool, and Chelsea on high alert. If he does decide to leave Bavaria, though, where should he go?

However, he has declined the offer. Maybe he just thinks he’s worth more than that, but he could also be contemplating a move because of the Premier League opportunity and the impending departure of Alphonso Davies, who seems to be Musiala’s closest friend on the team.
With three Premier League clubs supposedly interested in signing Musiala, Musiala will have plenty of options if he is unable or unwilling to sign a new contract with Bayern. The question is, how would he fit in with any of them?
The Daily Star claims that Pep Guardiola’s Manchester City team is “heading the queue” to sign Musiala, but the story is unsubstantiated beyond the club’s recent spectacular success. At the Etihad, Musiala will most certainly be successful if winning trophies is its primary objective.
Guardiola is a big fan of signing and developing players with his ability set, and he fits the bill nicely. His skill is second to none, and he possesses great first touch, good passing, and pace to defeat his man. His abilities to dribble the ball around deftly without giving it up and his fearlessness in taking on defenders make him a perfect fit for City’s keep-ball approach. While Guardiola is more known for his passing systems, he has always placed a premium on players with the ability to break lines with the ball in their hands, such as Jack Grealish and Riyad Mahrez. The way City plays right now is a good fit for his versatility, as he could play multiple roles. Though Musiala lacks Kevin de Bruyne’s playmaking and direct passing abilities, he is a versatile player who can play either as an inside forward or as a number ten. He could also play wide left, a position that is currently being contested, in the hybrid forward/midfielder role that Julian Álvarez employs.
Coming up with arguments against City is challenging. Musiala can make a lot more than £130,000 a week there if he is driven by pure financial gain; they have the means and the want to spend it. They have a solid tactical setup and a substantial shot at hardware, both of which should work to his advantage. Even without citation, the assertion that they are ahead of the line makes sense.
Dear Chelsea,In light of the current situation, it is difficult to justify Musiala’s transfer to Chelsea, just as it is difficult to provide compelling grounds against signing for Manchester City.
City, with their abundance of world-class players, might not give Musiala the star treatment he deserves. Chelsea, on the other hand, would likely find the money to make Musiala’s move worthwhile, but City currently doesn’t appear capable of regularly challenging for titles. If nothing else, he would be a solid tactical match for them. Their use of Cole Palmer, who is theoretically a wide forward but whose duty it is to come inside and take up positions a number ten could in a wing-back overlap, would be perfect for Musiala’s style of play.
They wоuldn’t hаve tо chаnge the plаybооk tо аccоmmоdаte Musiаlа if Chelseа wаnted him. Hоwever, unless mоney is Musiаlа’s оnly mоtivаtiоn, Chelseа’s оnly аdvаntаge wоuld be the fаct thаt Musiаlа cаme thrоugh their аcаdemy, sо he cоuld pоtentiаlly cаll Stаmfоrd Bridge hоme. аlthоugh mаny оther clubs mаy present their cаses, The Dаily Stаr is likely аccurаte in stаting thаt City аnd Musiаlа аppeаr tо be аn ideаl mаtch.
