Wonder Woman star Gal Gadot gives a nod to her superhero stardom with lace cape outfit at Met Gala
At the 2019 Met Gala, Wonder Woman heroine Gal Gadot exchanged her armor for a breezy outfit adorned with nearly $200,000 worth of jewelry.
The 34-year-old actress, who looked amazing in a distinctive cape at the annual celebration on Monday at the Metropolitan Museum of Art in New York City, managed to embrace her superhero celebrity in a way.
Clare Wright Keller joined her to the gala; Keller created the actress’s distinctive outfit.

Givenchy Haute Couture’s white guipure lace cape dress, which revealed a glimpse of the black silk knit bodysuit underneath, was worn by Gaot.
In addition, she wore black lacquered guipure lace thigh-high boots that ended slightly below the hem of her cape dress.
The actress additionally donned a lavish headband made of silver metal embellished with big pearls and crystals.

Gadot was all decked up in Tiffany, sporting almost $200,000 worth of jewelry, the most of which was in her earrings.
At the ceremony, she wore seven separate rings, totaling a whooping $185,000. Her platinum earrings included many encrusted diamonds.
The actress wore a number of Tiffany rings, including the Tiffany T two ($2,950), Tiffany Victoria alternating ($15,500), Tiffany Cobblestone ($10,000), Tiffany five-row ($6,900), Tiffany Soleste V ($2,250), and a Tiffany Metro ($2,300).

During the celebration, Gadot also shared a since-deleted video of Cher performing on her Instagram story.
Videos of the acts on stage don’t seem to be included in the rigorous “no selfie” policy that has been put in place for the celebration.
In addition, Gadot posted a video of Ezra Miller, her co-star in Justice League, wearing a mask that has many pairs of eyes.

Gadot doesn’t have any films scheduled for release in 2019, but 2020 will be a major year for her because of two very important films.
In the much awaited Wonder Woman 1984, a follow-up to her 2017 blockbuster Wonder Woman, she will reprise her role as Diana Prince, a.k.a. Wonder Woman. It is scheduled to release on June 5, 2020.
The actress will also be seen in Death on the Nile, which will be released on October 22, 2020. Death on the Nile is a sequel to 2017’s Murder on the Orient Express, and it stars Kenneth Branagh as Detective Hercule Poirot.
