Never ‘experienced that before’: Gal Gadot says she cried watching ‘Wonder Woman 1984’

The actor said she had never “experienced that before”

Gal Gadot has acknowledged that she shed a tear or two when she saw Wonder Woman 1984 for the first time.

The actor, who plays Diana Prince and her titular alter ego in the DC film, claimed in a recent interview that she was so absorbed in the role that she forgot she was involved.

Gadot said to Hello! (via msn) that “I can’t tell you about the moment in the movie that made me cry other than it happens at the very beginning.” “I’ve never had that experience before. Suddenly, as I was watching, I wasn’t the producer, the actress, or anything else on the set.

She went on, “I was watching this great character doing such incredible things as a small girl from a suburb in Israel. I’m also not a really easy cryer. I’m not the kind of lady who sobs while watching advertisements.

This movie just really got to me, and I wasn’t prepared for it. I usually reserve my tears for important events, like when I’m expecting a child.

Gadot also discussed how proud she is of her Wonder Woman persona and how many people have found inspiration in it.

She remarked, “Seeing and hearing the response from women, men, boys, and girls is just incredible. It’s something I wasn’t really prepared for.”

“There was one little boy I will always remember,” she continued. After watching the film, he said to his mother that he wanted to be a woman.

“Wonder Woman” and everything she represents and stands for are solely to blame.”

On the Justice League set last month, Gadot talked candidly about her “own experience,” stating that it “wasn’t the best one.”

The Wonder Woman actress has made her voice known after WarnerMedia opened an investigation into the set in response to remarks made by Ray Fisher, her co-star in the DC movie.

Gadot told the Los Angeles Times, “I’m glad Ray is speaking his truth.” “I had a bad experience with [Joss Whedon], but I handled it there and when it happened. I wasn’t there with the guys when they shot with him.”

Warner Bros. has said that Wonder Woman 3 has been confirmed and will move quickly forward.
