Rapper 50 Cent’s New England 19-bedroom, 25 bathroom mansion sold for $2.9 million
The New England estate of rapper 50 Cent is no longer for sale.
For $2.9 million, the Connecticut property was sold.
With 21 bedrooms and 25 bathrooms, the estate offers more than 50,000 square feet of living area. The residence also has a recording studio, a full gym, a conference room, a home theater, a nightclub, an indoor court, several game rooms, a green screen room, and an indoor pool and hot tub. The house is filled with unique elements, such as wall murals and the “G-Unit” on the floor of the indoor basketball court.
The property has an outside basketball court, separate guest accommodations, and a pool grotto outside.
“It is one of the few homes in Connecticut that have approved grounds for landing a helicopter which makes for easy access from/ to New York City,” said the advertisement.
The Farmington property was first advertised for $18.5 million more than ten years ago.
For little over $4 million, the rapper bought the estate from Mike Tyson in 2004 and made modifications.
