Arnold Schwarzenegger, 76, joins forces with Jake from State Farm actor Kevin Miles for shoot at world famous Gold’s Gym in Venice neighborhood of LA

Arnold Schwarzenegger seems to be working out with a new buddy.

The 76-year-old bodybuilding star was spotted working out with Kevin Miles, better known as Jake from State Farm, at Venice’s renowned Gold’s Gym on Friday.

It transpires that the men worked out together and worked out hard on the weights for a new commercial shot.

Miles was once caught observing the seven-time Mr. Olympia champion perform bicep workouts while the cameras were filming.

Wearing the company’s signature Jake from State Farm outfit, which consists of brown khakis and a red long-sleeve shirt, Miles (born Kevin Mimm), 33, was enthralled with the Terminator star while he worked out.

The actor, who assumed Jake’s employment at the insurance company in 2020, moreover donned a pair of red and white sneakers.

Miles and Schwarzenegger collaborated on filming in the outdoor area of Gold’s Gym, which was made famous by the Predator actor several decades prior.

For the photo shoot, the Austrian native wore athletic black trousers, a matching hoodie, and sneakers.

The seasoned Hollywood star, who walked outside for a portion of the shoot, looked great in dark sunglasses and a black jacket because it was becoming chilly outside.

It seemed only appropriate that the two rode off on their bikes together to wrap up the photo shoot, as both guys had made a point of living a healthy lifestyle.

2020 saw Miles take Jake Stone’s place in the insurance company’s advertising.

In the 2011 ad, a husband was caught on the phone with the insurance company at three in the morning by his wife. She picks up the phone, thinking she’s seen him chatting to another woman, and asks “Jake from State Farm” what he’s wearing. He gives her the famous response, “Uhhh… khakis?”

At one point while the cameras were rolling, Miles could be seen standing over the seven-time Mr. Olympia champion watching him do bicep exercises 

Given that both guys had made a point of leading healthy lives, it seemed appropriate that they would ride off on their bikes together to wrap up the photo session.

About nine years later, Mills was unveiled by State Farm as the new Jake. Since then, the character has been in numerous advertisements, and the company has witnessed a surge in the character’s popularity.

In fact, Miles’s rise in Instagram and TikTok followers has made him a social media influencer as well.

Miles defeated forty other contestants, a few of whom he knew, to land the job.

Miles stated on the Dan Patrick Show in 2021, “I was definitely really nervous going in just because you see these actors that you admire and have seen before going in for this role and you’re just like, ‘Oh c**p, I know they’re great.”

“I believe that I merely had good results from the focus groups, and I wanted to create something that felt authentically me.”

Miles was an ambitious actor who appeared in a few small roles before landing the role of Jake, including one in a S.W.A.T. and Criminal Minds episode.

But in the past three plus years, his work as Jake from State Farm has opened up a lot more opportunities for him.
