When wrapping off Deadpool 3, Ryan Reynolds graciously thanks the crew for enduring “battled wind, rain, strikes, and Hugh Jackman” while posting a cheeky photo of his crotch.

Ryan Reynolds, the popular actor in Hollywood, kindly shared a photo of his crotch with his followers while wearing the iconic Deadpool outfit. 

Ryan, 47, was commemorating the completion of Deadpool 3, the newest entry in his wildly popular and outrageous superhero movie franchise. 

Jennifer Garner, Emma Corrin, Matthew Macfayden, and other big names join Ryan for his most recent escapades as the foul-mouthed anti-hero.

Hugh Jackman will play the legendary character Wolverine from X-Men in Deadpool 3, which will see the primary character brought into the Marvel Cinematic Universe.

Hugh celebrated the wrap by posting a picture of himself getting his Wolverine whiskers cut in the makeup chair on X, the former Twitter.

When the first Deadpool came out in 2016, it amassed a sizable fan base and was the highest-grossing R-rated movie ever at the time.

Two years later, Deadpool 2 was released, and it was an even bigger hit than its predecessor, becoming the highest-grossing R-rated movie of all time.

Apart from heading the ensemble in the films, Ryan also wrote a portion of the script for Deadpool 2, a responsibility he has taken on again for the third installment. 

Deadpool 3 was supposed to premiere at the beginning of May, but the Hollywood rigors caused it to be pushed back to its current July 26 release date. 

Deadpool 3’s comedic dynamic seems to revolve around the conflicting characteristics of stern, severe Wolverine and wild, crαzy Deadpool.

At the Toronto International Film Festival the previous year, the director confided to Deadline, “We wanted something that felt, grounded, real.”

“You cast Hugh Jackman in his most famous role alongside Ryan Reynolds in his most famous role; it’s not so much a descendant of Airplane as it is of Midnight Run, 48 Hours, and Planes, Trains, and Automobiles.”

“I always thought Hugh would return,” Ryan stated to Collider in 2022. “I met Kevin Feige for the first time when Disney acquired Fox a few years ago—I can’t remember if it was three, three and a half, or four years ago—to discuss working together on a Deadpool/Wolverine film.” And at the moment, that was not feasible.

He revealed: “And then, at that exact moment, Hugh happened to call and say he would be interested in coming back and doing this again.”
