In Chelsea’s 6-1 demolition of Middlesbrough, Cole Palmer showed his signature style of play while Axel Disasi had a good time at right back.

Chelsea advanced to the Carabao Cup final with a resounding victory against Middlesbrough.

Mauricio Pochettino’s team stormed to a 6-1 victory at Stamford Bridge, overcoming a 1-0 deficit from the first leg, and earning a trip to Wembley.

Cole Palmer, like he has done so frequently this season, was outstanding, scoring twice, while the young defender Axel Disasi also impressed, scoring once.

Although Middlesbrough had a terrible night, the spotlight was squarely on Chelsea’s well-balanced squad, who finally connected as a unit.
