While out at one of her boyfriend Travis Kelce’s favorite restaurants on a recent girls’ night with Brittany Mahomes and eight other Chiefs WAGs, Taylor Swift paid the bill.
Swift and her pals visited the Rye restaurant in Leawood, Kansas on Saturday, December 30, according to Megan Garrelts, who co-owns the establishment with her husband Colby Garrelts. She revealed this information in an interview with Page Six.
Megan claimed that the restaurant received a call in advance informing them that a well-known celebrity would be stopping by, but the caller did not specify which celebrity.
The Anti-Hero singer’s security detail accompanied the group when they arrived at around 7:30 p.m. EST, and they all shook hands with the surprised Garrelts.
Swift and her friends spent three hours eating together in a separate room from other customers, ending at 10:30 p.m. EST.
Megan devoured a warm cinnamon roll, one of Travis’s favorite menu items, and praised that the celebrity was “very, very nice.”

Swift insisted on tasting the cinnamon bun right now, but Megan claimed she had taken it upon herself to offer the ladies a box to go.
Megan told the outlet on Thursday, “That was pretty fun, so we warmed it up,” and added, “That was pretty cool because Travis… he always requests our cinnamon roll, so I would think that he must have said something to her since she was going to Rye.”
Swift and her guests indulged in a range of food and beverages in addition to the iced treat.
Rye is a farmhouse-style restaurant that offers “farm-to-table American fare and rye cocktails.”
In addition, they have a store in Kansas City, where Travis and his Chiefs colleagues are based.
Upon Swift’s arrival, Megan and Colby brought her and the other women to a separate room. Mahomes is the wife of Chiefs quarterback Patrick Mahomes.

Up until the Fearless hitmaker opted to visit the lavatory, the co-owners had managed to keep other guests guessing.
Instead of using the guest restroom in the private room, she had requested to use the restroom in the main dining area.
Megan remembers her husband Colby and Swift’s security detail walking her to and from the bathroom to keep fans from swarming her.
She added, “I think people were more shocked that she was there than anything else, because the restaurant just got really quiet.”
Fortunately for Megan, Rye ‘was quite low key that night.’
According to reports, the fearless hitmaker drank her “favorite” cocktail—a French Blonde—while ordering a plate of pasta.
Megan remarked, “From what we understand, that is her favorite cocktail.” It was entertaining to witness the vibrant girls’ night since every female drank cocktails.
Swift and her pals got the table’s lemon meringue pie and Rye’s famous banana cream pie for dessert.
Megan withheld the identity of the WAG whose birthday was being celebrated at the event, despite reports to the contrary.
Megan asserted that Travis had a history of dining in the main area with other patrons, in contrast to Swift.
This has altered in the past few months due to his increasing popularity, particularly after making public his and Swift’s highly publicized romance.
“Travis enjoys greeting patrons in the restaurant with a “Hello.” Megan said, “He’s been a little more private; he sits in the private room, but he usually sits in the main dining room with his handlers and friends.”

One day after Page Six revealed that Swift is anticipated to attend the Golden Globes on Sunday sans her beau, the specifics of her outing with her other WAGs have emerged.
