Journalist names Chelsea player who is not even ‘close to his full potential’ yet
Naturally, there is a catch-22 because, despite the team’s present league position of 10th, the owners appear to value European qualification this season as much. However, I don’t think Chelsea’s current league standing accurately represents their play, and I believe that will change.
Additionally, I believe Moises Caicedo will continue to get better as he adjusts to a new organization and the demands of playing for a major league team.
Although Caicedo was an extremely expensive deal, journalist Dean Jones has claimed that he has not yet reached Chelsea’s peak performance, and I wholeheartedly concur.
When addressing GIVEMESPORT, Jones stated…
Nkunku, in my opinion, will likely have a more immediate influence than Romao Lavia. You can probably see how difficult it may be to fit in with a team, especially if you’re a midfield player. For instance, have a look at Moises Caicedo. A truly excellent player for Brighton and a very costly addition. I don’t think Chelsea has allowed him to reach nearly his full potential yet. Many Chelsea players have been in and out of that midfield, failing to establish the necessary consistency. Lavia will ultimately succeed, but I believe Nkunku will have a little more leeway to be himself. I anticipate Nkunku will enter the game more like Cole Palmer and have an immediate impact on the outcome. I believe he will have a significant impact.
